Garment Technology Expo (GTE 2020), one of India’s largest events dedicated to apparel & knitting technology will start off its 30th edition at NSIC Exhibition Complex, Okhla, New Delhi. The four-day show, which runs from January 10-13, 2020, will celebrate GTE’s 20 years of service in the industry and witness a rich mix of technologies on garment stitching and processing on display from around 800 brands and companies. This is Indian subcontinent’s largest show for apparel technology, with unparalleled representation from all segments of the sector.
The B2B Expo provides a single point meeting ground for the garment manufacturers and technology providers to discuss, source and access new launches & latest development in the industry under one roof. The growth of the expo in terms of the increasing number of new quality participants from across the globe and the increase in overall size of the exhibition speaks for the fruitful & appreciable role played by GTE for the apparel & knitting technology in this part of the world. Companies including leading manufacturers and suppliers of garment machinery and accessories from over 22 countries, i.e. Germany, Japan, Taiwan, China, Korea, Turkey, Italy, the US and India etc. are participating in the show. The previous GTE edition held in 2019 hosted around 26,260 trade visitors including exporters and domestic manufacturers from various parts of India & neighbouring countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc.
GTE has always been an integral trade platform cum showcase for companies, when launching new technologies and equipment. This edition of GTE is witnessing participation from renowned companies from across the textile and apparel value chain exhibiting like, HCA, IIGM, Magnum, Mehala, Ramsons, Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Tukatech, E.H. Turel, Baba Textiles, Richpeace, INL International, Zoje Sewing Machines Co. Ltd, Dhaval Colour Chem, Narinder International, Colorjet, Jack etc. Live demonstrations of machinery will be put up by many exhibitors. Technologies on show include CAD / CAM, sewing machines, knitting machines, embroidery machines, digital textile printing, laundry machines, quilting machines, fusing machines, finishing equipment, spreading & cutting machines, printing & packaging machines, hot air seam sealing machines, fancy yarn machines, dyeing machines, dyes, fancy yarns, non-woven bag making machine, software solutions, spares & attachments, accessories & trims, testing equipment, support services, etc.
