Established in 2003, Jack Sewing Machine Co., Ltd from Taizhou, China is one of the leading companies in the world involved in manufacturing and R&D of full series of lockstitch, over lock, interlock, special machines, machines for heavy-duty materials and pocket-welting machines. The company organised Delhi NCR 2019 End User Conference on September 14, 2019 at Suryaa Hotel, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. The event was attended by Jack’s 190 distributors and customers from Delhi NCR.
The End User Conference which was basically a private show was organised with an intention to show Jack’s acknowledgment to customers. The event, themed New Sail New Will, included company introduction of Jack, launch of new sewing machines and award ceremony for its best of the customers. During the event, the company presented special VIP honor to some of its prominent clients.
The event was graced by the presence of some of the prominent personalities from Jack India and China offices including, Lucian – India Country Manager – End User, Elgbert – India Area Manager – Non apparel, Carry Ruan – Sales Manager and Zafir – Sales representative of South Asia Department and J Sudhakar Varma – Director.
While speaking during the event, Lucian – India Country Manager – End User said, “Jack is world No.1 in R&D investment in the industry, having global collaboration with 11 R&D Centers 860 employees. It has industry patents world no.1 in last 6 consecutive years. The company sold 2.2 mn sets all over the world in 2018 and has done more than $50 mn sales in India in 2018.”
According to Elgbert, “Jack has the First Intelligent Production Line of China sewing machine industry. It has $20 mn per line, 4 intelligent production lines at present and will add 4 more soon. The company manufactures 900,000 Unit heads/year with accuracy to manufacture 20 percent and its qualification rate reaches to 99.9 percent.
Soon, the company is coming up with Jack Smart Factory Investment in New Industrial Park which covers an area of 952,000 sq mtr, in the first phase. For this company will be using 142,000 sq mtr of net land with an annual output of more 2 mn sets of sewing machines from its current production capacity.”

Today, Jack intelligent production line, with a total investment of $20 mn, has annual output of 900,000 units, with designed production rate of 60 seconds per set. Overlock machine assembly workshop produces overlock machines, double needle machines, multi-needle machines and interlock machines. It has a power saving motor workshop. This production line is in the mode of production of a flow line, including hanged motor, direct drive motor, A4 servo motor. Besides, its lockstitch plant has 27 production lines totally.
