Tukatech, Inc. along with other influential fashion industry leaders gathered at the elite City Club in downtown Los Angeles, California for the Los Angeles Business Journal 2017 Fashion Awards. The extravagant penthouse gala boasted a list of LA’s “who’s who” from designers and brands, to financial resources and technology. LABJ recognised these businesses and individuals through eleven diverse award categories. Among the nominees was our very own Ram Sareen, Head Coach & Founder of Tukatech, Inc. who was honored with the award for “Technology Innovation.”
“Over 80 per cent of California’s fashion industry is making amazing strides in fast fashion using our technology. More than 90 per cent of all universities and fashion schools teach product development with TUKAcad and TUKA3D, and even some high schools have incorporated the software into their curriculum. The reward for our hard work is much appreciated,” says Sareen. The companies awarded with this prestigious honor have been instrumental in transforming Los Angeles into a hub of fashion influence and innovation.
