Ministry of Labour and Employment for the first time will award ten garment factories for ensuring hygienic workplace and employees’ safety. The award will be given to the garment factories on the occasion of “National Occupational Health and Safety Day-2018”. Jury board has already nominated ten readymade garment factories which will receive award on 28th April, 2018.
The nominated factories are Square Fashion Ltd of Bhaluka of Mymensingh, Sno-tex Outer-Wear Ltd and AKH ECO Apparels Ltd of Dhamrai, Echo Tex Ltd of Chandra in Gazipur, Tarasima Apparels Ltd at Saturia of Manikganj, Viyellatex Ltd and Knit Concern Ltd and Hop Lun Apparels Ltd of Tongi, Wisdom Attires Ltd and Fakir Fashion Ltd of Narayanganj. President Abdul Hamid is expected to hand over the awards to the officials of ten factories.
