In a sector that has faced the challenges in the past few years of a market in flux, Eurovet, with Unique by Mode City & Interfilière Paris, commits to providing the finest of showcases to its stakeholders, who are deeply involved in re-energizing their industry together. For the 2019 edition that just concluded, they were out in force, with unprecedented, boldly forward-looking collections.
Though Body Positivism remains an essential theme today for lingerie and swimwear brands, exhibitors at the shows mainly positioned themselves in terms of innovation, driven by the eco-sustainable trend. This major trend was particularly present at the two shows, with exhibitors increasingly looking to provide answers for this worldwide awakening on the urgent need to find sustainable solutions, with as much beauty as possible. This committed, and sometimes even activist, stance was celebrated by the media and by buyers, both French and international.

Exhibitors were delighted to rediscover various spaces to enjoy meetings with select buyers (speed meetings, ambassador cocktail events, hosting of international boutiques, personal shoppers…), guided by a team that is constantly committed to supporting different stakeholders at the shows.
The first-ever edition of the Lingerie and Swim Ceremony was a real success. Nearly 200 French and European retailers were recognized for the quality of their work and their expertise. This initiative was truly appreciated by our winners and by exhibitors who were happy to meet them at the show.
At the Interfilière Paris show, envisioning the swimwear of tomorrow was the central challenge posed by the new Swim x Sport X Innovation space, imagined and designed around a crucial theme for exhibitors and visitors: how to ecodesign a sustainable product while retaining the high performance of its original version? For their upcoming collections, buyers were offered a multitude of technical, sustainable solutions, between functionalized materials and sustainable innovations.
It was essential for Eurovet to add a bit of lightheartedness and lots of desire to a challenging overall context, with fashion shows and other energizing features and events, reflecting the colors of a truly promising Summer 2020.
And last, but certainly not least, the second edition of the IFEELUNIQUE fashion show was a blockbuster event. Good vibes and a breath of freedom were felt by all, celebrating women of all sizes. This Body-Positive initiative sought to raise consciousness in the industry of the lack of diversity in styles on the runway and in certain collections.

Alongside these two professional events, Eurovet will be launching “Swim Culture”: 3 initiatives over a single weekend in the heart of Paris, across from the Eiffel Tower. Swim Culture will set up shop at the Palais de Chaillot and will offer a Swim Market and an artistic exhibition open to all.
