The Textile Testing and Consultation Service (TTCS) lab of the Bangladesh University of Textile (BUTEX) has received prestigious accreditation from the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB). This is a remarkable achievement for textile testing services in the country, as it ensures the highest standards of quality assessment for various types of textiles.
The ISO-certified TTCS lab at BUTEX now stands as a trusted institution for comprehensive textile testing. The accreditation certificate was handed over to Professor Dr. Shah Alimuzzaman, the Vice Chancellor of BUTEX, by Sheikh Faizul Amin, the Director General of BAB, in a ceremony held at the Ministry of Industry. During the ceremony, both parties expressed their commitment to future collaboration.
Sheikh Faizul Amin the Director General of BAB said, “This achievement marks a new era for the textile testing industry in Bangladesh. He also encouraged BUTEX to maintain its quality standards and serve both domestic and foreign clients at reasonable prices.”
Professor Dr. Shah Alimuzzaman, the Vice Chancellor of BUTEX, said, “BUTEX has always upheld the highest standards of quality and will continue to do so in the future.”
