Epic has embarked on its newest, largest and most state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, spanning over 1.3 million square feet in two phases representing a total investment of $100 mn. The first phase, scheduled for commissioning in Q1 2025 with anticipated completion by end of 2025, will create 5,000 jobs with an annual production capacity of 12 million pieces and annual revenue projection of $200 mn US dollars while the second phase to be completed between 2026-2027 will involve a further investment of $50 mn US dollars bringing the total jobs created to 10,000 and increasing the total annual production capacity to 24 mn pieces upon its completion.
Ranjan Mahtani, Executive Chairman and Aryan Mahtani of EPIC Group recently met Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry of India, to discuss on the new project. “We are pleased to have garnered Goyal’s support for our “Made in India” project, which is poised to generate thousands of jobs and bolster manufacturing in Odisha.
