True Colors has successfully concluded the sale of India’s first Konica Minolta Nassenger SP-1 single-pass digital textile printing machine, scheduled for installation before March 2026.
This milestone goes beyond a machine transaction. It has been made possible by the confidence and forward-looking vision of Amarasha Digital Prints, who will be installing the SP-1 platform. It reflects a generational shift in Indian textile manufacturing where speed, scale, and consistency no longer come at the cost of flexibility and precision.
With single-pass technology now capable of matching traditional screen-printing volumes while retaining the advantages of digital production, Indian manufacturers are stepping into a new level of global competitiveness.
What makes this moment truly significant is not just the adoption of advanced technology, but the confidence to invest in future-ready systems and the mindset to move from capacity-driven growth to value-driven production. India has officially joined the group of global textile hubs where such platforms are already shaping the future of manufacturing.
On this occasion Mr Sanjay Desai, Managing Director of True Colors said “we are grateful for the trust placed in us, and encouraged by what this transition represents for the industry ahead“.
