Turkiye’s domestic producer price index (D-PPI) increased by 136.02 percent on annual basis, and by 0.74 percent on a monthly basis in November this year. D-PPI increased by 2.01 percent for manufacturing on a monthly basis. The rate of monthly increase in D-PPI for leather and related products was 4.92 percent, and for textiles, it was 0.76 percent.

D-PPI increased by 98.2 percent on December 2021, and by 128.94 percent on the twelve months moving averages basis in November this year, a release from the Turkish Statistical Institute said.

In November, clothing and footwear—with minus 1.42 percent—was the main group that indicated the lowest monthly increase in consumer price index (CPI).

A 2.88 percent change in the general CPI index was seen on the previous month; the change was 62.35 percent on December 2021 and 84.39 percent on November 2021. On the twelve months moving averages basis, it was 70.36 percent in November this year.

The annual rate change for Turkiye’s CPI for clothing and footwear in November was 36.96 percent.
