ACM, a renowned company based in Grumello in Monte, has been designing, planning and producing creations that interpret the style of the world’s leading fashion houses for over forty years. Indeed, the Bergamo-based company’s collections offer a varied and unique selection of buttons, leather goods and accessories that, between variations on classic themes and sharp inspirational visions, meet and exceed the expectations of high fashion brands with resourcefulness, creativity and passion. Fashion industry professionals can discover them in person at Milano Unica from Jan. 30 to Feb. 1 (hall 8, booth E21-E23) and at Première Vision Paris from Feb. 6 to 8 (hall 4, booth E103).
The task of amazement is entrusted, as per tradition, leave it to the Vision collection to wow and amaze. Season after season, it anticipates the demands of the style offices and for spring-summer ‘25 declines and models three different moods. TAKE CARE delves into nature, exploring its aesthetic and material possibilities: plant-based and regenerated ingredients, enhancement of resources and waste, hollowed and elemental textures, soft and rounded shapes. EMBRACE starts from individuality to include community: a colorful mosaic in which every tile counts and differences become a value, among interwoven effects, juxtaposed colors, python textures and nautical ornaments. Geometry discovers new forms with IMAGINE, a creative space that owes much to the gradual evolution of artificial intelligence, a frontier that tests the blurred boundary between reality and fiction: the design explores polygonal solutions and mesh effects, perforations and engravings, with gloss effects and colorful chrome.
The proposals for spring-summer ‘25 are rounded out with the Gentleman collection, buttons made from natural materials for informal men’s fashion; Heritage, classic buttons from ACM’s traditional repertoire; Kids, colorful and imaginative accessories for children’s fashion; and Leather Good Accessories and Belts, leather accessories and belts that can be customized in design and materials. One aspect that unites all the collections presented by ACM is the relentless pursuit of increasingly less impactful ingredients and processes: the company for decades has been on a path of farsighted investments, involving, for example, the management of total reclamation and recirculation of the water used, energy independence through photovoltaic panels, and adaptation to GRS and WeImpactIndex® standards, for which it is certified.
For this reason, in addition to the collections dedicated to accessories, Milan will also see the debut of the digital printing division of Next, the production part of the ACM group, which shares the same basic principles with it: innovation, creativity and sustainability. In fact, starting from the selection of certified low environmental impact yarns and weavings (GOTS, GRS, FSC), Next has developed a printing system, dedicated and tailor-made, to be able to reproduce in an extremely realistic and repeatable way effects on garments with a faithful visual impact, drastically reducing the consumption of energy, water and chemicals from the creation of the fabric to the packaging of the garment. Next’s goal is to accompany its partners toward innovative and customized projects that, through digital pigment printing and transfer printing, can explore responsible fashion solutions with high performance.
