Arvind Limited has announced a leadership transition as part of its long-term succession planning. Punit Lalbhai, Vice Chairman of Arvind Limited, will assume an executive role overseeing the company’s textiles and apparel business, effective April 1, 2026.
Susheel Kaul, Managing Director and President of the textiles and apparel business, will continue as MD and take on responsibility for key strategic initiatives. He will work closely with the leadership team to guide future growth priorities and long-term transformation efforts.
Reflecting on his journey, Susheel Kaul said his years in leadership roles at Arvind have been among the most fulfilling of his professional career. He expressed confidence in the company’s continued progress and conveyed his appreciation to Sanjay Lalbhai and Punit Lalbhai for their trust and support, while looking ahead to the next phase of his personal and professional journey.
