CTA Apparels recently participated in a special session chaired by Hon’ble Union Minister of Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh, showcasing its active involvement in the Samarth Scheme, the Government of India’s flagship initiative for skill development in the textile sector.
During the event, six former trainees—now successfully employed full-time at CTA Apparels—shared their transformational journeys. Their stories offered a firsthand look at the positive impact of the scheme on employment and livelihood creation in the textile industry.
One standout testimony came from Ms. Sarvesh, who underwent training under the scheme in 2021. She credited the program for equipping her with vital skills, enabling her to secure stable employment and achieve financial independence. Her inspiring journey drew praise from Shri Giriraj Singh, who commended the scheme’s role in uplifting women and youth through meaningful skilling.
“Stories like Sarvesh’s reflect the real success of the Samarth Scheme. It’s not just about training; it’s about transforming lives,” the Minister remarked.
CTA Apparels reaffirmed its continued commitment to empowering India’s youth, especially women, through structured training and employment opportunities under the Samarth Scheme. The company remains a proud partner in the government’s vision to strengthen the textile sector through inclusive and impactful skill development.
