Eastman Naia™ makes its debut at Kingpins Amsterdam, one of the most influential events in the global denim industry. For the first time, the brand will welcome visitors at Stand 1, Ground level (Blue Area), bringing its vision of circularity and comfort to the European denim stage. At the show Naia™ also highlights its growing global ecosystem, connecting a network of mill partners, designers, and brands working together to expand the possibilities of denim through fiber innovation.

At the heart of its presence is a clear proposition: transforming denim from the inside out. While denim retains its authentic look and structure, Naia™ Renew works within the fabric to elevate the wearing experience through a combination of softness, performance, and responsible material innovation.

Thanks to its unique composition, Naia™ Renew enables denim fabrics that deliver cottony softness that lasts wash after wash, as confirmed by flexural rigidity testing, together with a dry feel that remains consistent even in high heat and humidity conditions, without clinging to the skin. This is complemented by high odor management performance, ensuring comfort that extends throughout the day. At the same time, Naia™ Renew is a low-environmental-impact fiber. It is produced from 60% sustainably sourced wood pulp and 40% GRS-certified recycled waste material.

Blending seamlessly with other fibers, Naia™ Renew adapts to different constructions and design intentions — from structured outerwear pieces to more fluid denim shirts — unlocking new possibilities for versatile denim creations. This versatility is expressed by three key design directions: authentic, fashion, and performance, each developed through specific fiber blends, including cotton, lyocell, and functional polyesters. Each concept interprets denim through a different lens, demonstrating how Naia™ can enhance both traditional constructions and more experimental approaches while maintaining comfort at the core.

The proposition of transforming denim from the inside out is brought to life within the capsule collection developed in collaboration with Advance Denim and U.S.A.-based designer Loren Cronk, continuing an ongoing creative partnership that combines fiber innovation with a distinctive design language. Through an inside-out construction approach, each piece brings the technical qualities of the fiber to the surface, making them visible and tactile. The garments showcase the light blue weft yarns made with Naia™ Renew, typically hidden within the fabric, creating a distinctive contrast that exposes the inner structure of the denim.

This exploration of material and design also extends beyond industry collaborations. Naia™ partnered with Marmara University in Istanbul to support the “2025 Graduation Projects Fashion Show,” where students were invited to experiment with different applications of Naia™ fibers – across both filament and staple formats, including denim – to create garments that combine performance, circularity, and design. The initiative offered a glimpse into the next generation of designers, highlighting how emerging talents are approaching fashion with a strong focus on purpose, creativity, and responsibility.
