This new collection includes a varied range of linen, chanderi, kora, tissue, benarasi and tussar saris.

The brainchild of Radhika Jain and Nitin Singla, Five Point Five is a one-stop platform that sources exquisite weaves from weavers across the country. The name of the brand is a direct representation of the usual length of a sari. It aims to bring Indian textiles to the forefront and support the weaver community that has preserved our craftsmanship for eons.

Five Point Five is also working on the revival of the pheriwala tradition with its ‘Sari on Wheels’, which brings their premium collection directly to your doorstep. The curated trunk of saris that comes to you is a collection of exclusive handloom pieces that the founders have directly hand-picked from the weavers.

Recently on Mother’s Day, Five Point Five also ran campaign #FPFMothersDaySpecial celebrating the special bond between a mother and her children, with women who have been true admirers of sari. The campaign featured Dr. Shayama Chona, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awardee, President Tamana; Dr. Sudha Dhingra, Dean (Academics) NIFT; Shampa Dhar Kamath, Writer, Editor, Communication Coach; and homemakers, Shivraj Kumari Rana and Chetna Jaitly with their children. All these inspirational women were draped in a Five Point Five sari of their choice.

Through such initiatives, Five Point Five strives to promote the belief of sari being an iconic staple, which will always stay to be a part of every wardrobe.
