After URUS’ successful launch, Jack has now launched the A4C NTB (No Thread Breakage) sewing machine on 10th March 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in partnership with MRA Sons Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (Jack’s distributor for North India). This grand world launch was also telecasted live and witnessed by the industry worldwide; making it a milestone moment.
The event was inaugurated by honorable Chief Guest Mr. Lalit Thukral, President, Noida Apparel Export Cluster, in the presence of Harsh Agarwal, Purank Agarwal, MRA Sons Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Japjot Singh, SIM International, Mr. Girish Gupta, Surendra Kumar & Co., Sudhakar Varma, Director, Saurabh Mitra, Branch Manager- Delhi, Atul Pandey, Branch Manager – Ahmedabad and Vikash Pandey from Jack Sewing Machine Co. Ltd., and Rajiv Ranjan, CK Trading along with many leading exporters and Jack’s agents/dealers from all over India. More than 200 garment manufacturers and dealers attended the event.
The event started with a welcome note by Harsh Aggarwal, Director, MRA Sons Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., who welcomed the Chief Guest and all the delegates. He gave a small brief about Jack Company and products offered by them. The Chief Guest, Mr. Lalit Thukral, President, Noida Apparel Export Cluster (NAC), spoke about his long association with Jack Company when he started with just one machine and adding many more Jack machines in their factory. The event started with a presentation by Sourav Mitra, Branch Manager, about the Jack Company group’s introduction of the A4C machine. He explained about Jack’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China and their strong R&D. He also shared data about Jack’s market share in the world market and how Jack has grown over the years and is now the world’s number one sewing machine brand. He highlighted the thread breakage problem faced by the industry in sewing different types of fabric and how new technology used in the Jack A4C Sewing Machine can solve this problem and improve efficiency. He explained about its cutting-edge NTB system—Octopus Nine brain AI chip and 0-degree Thread Path Technology used in A4C to deliver exceptional quality and reduce thread breakage. He further invited the Chief Guest and other important dignitaries to unveil the new A4C sewing machine and see the live demo.
A live demo of A4C NTB was successfully conducted by demonstrating continuous stitching of thick denim fabric, mesh fabric, and metal with 100% accuracy and no thread breakage and needle break issues. Whereas same fabric was run on other model of sewing machine on which thread was breaking many times.
