Jack team successfully launches the URUS Machine in IndoreOn December 19, 2024, the Jack Ahmedabad office partnered with Mr. Lakesh Kothari, Director of Nug Marketing, a local distributor, to successfully introduce the URUS machine at the Marriott Hotel, Indore. The event was attended by more than 245 garment manufactures and exporters.

The progress of humanity has driven a change in consumer attitudes, leading to a strong demand for fashion and personalisation in clothing. Therefore, the demand for clothing orders has become fragmented, and quick delivery has become increasingly fierce. The tendency for small orders and quick responses in garment enterprises is inevitable in global garment manufacturing. To respond to this new supply chain, digitalisation, intelligence, and automation technology are the needs of the hour.

Jack team successfully launches the URUS Machine in Indore In the series of new product launch events of Urus in India after Tirupur, Ludhiana, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Ichalkaranji, the next destination was Indore. There are many emerging garment manufacturers purely focusing on the domestic market but having state-of-the-art manufacturing units. The event’s proceedings commenced with an insightful keynote address by guest speaker Mr. Ashish Nigam, President of Readymade Vastra Vyapari Sangh. Mr. Ashish Nigam expressed his privilege in participating in Jack’s product launch and shared his experience about Jack’s factory visit, underscoring the importance of innovative sewing equipment to elevate production standards for Indian garment manufacturers. He also congratulated Jack for becoming No. 1 in India.

During the launch event presentation, the stage was taken by Mr. Sudhakar Varma, Director of Jack India, to finalise the A4B Challenge campaign activity. Jack Company announced this activity in May for all the garment operators in India. The main motive is that the operator should experience the full UBT model, in which company finalises 15 numbers of participants from all over India and gives them cash awards i.e. first prize of Rs. 1,20,000, Second price: Rs. 80,000, Third prize Rs. 64,000 and the rest of the participants got Rs. 12,000. In this activity, the company did 514 roadshows, approached 47,680 numbers of operators by visiting 1,485 numbers of garment factories, and completed 78 numbers of banquets.

The event started with a presentation by Atul Pandey, Branch Manager, about the Jack Company group’s introduction of Urus machine. He explained about Jack’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China and their strong R&D. He also shared data about Jack’s Market share in the world market and how Jack has grown over the years and is now the world’s number one sewing machine brand. He further gave details about new technology used in Jack Urus, i.e., the pressure foot transformer and smart rhino feeding. He said that after getting the success of AMH, they have implemented the same technology in overlock machines and launched Urus after 3 years of R&D.

Urus is equipped with an industry-leading AI full-speed feeding system, a key technology that enables URUS to break through all joints of the thick fabric, elastic fabric, and thin fabric. Even if the thickness of different joints varies by hundreds of times, it can pass smoothly at full speed without slowing down. Plus, it has a ‘Super Brain’. With a million-level pressure-to-feed ratio model library, the system could perform multimode intelligent detection of fabric thickness changes at a speed of 32,000 times per second. Once the fabric changes slightly, it immediately calculates to generate the best pressing force and feeding force parameters.

This activity shows the feeding capacity of URUS and the pulling power of new technology. In the second activity, they demonstrated continuous stitching of thick fabric, light fabric, and elastic fabric with 100% accuracy and zero stitch error, stitch gap error, thread breakage error, and needle break issues. This activity shows the new technology “pressure foot transformer” used in Urus. A fashion show was also organised, showing garments made of very light fabric, heavy fabrics, and metal sewn together in one garment.

Lastly, Mr. Lakesh Kothari, Director, Nug Marketing, talked about his company and their successful association with Jack Company. He said, “Jack sewing machines are known for their sturdy, functional, and superior quality. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and welcome their suggestions.
