Hyosung Fashion Design Centre (FDC) has released its Fall/Winter (FW) 23/24 Textile Trend report, which provides a vision of what apparel brands will be incorporating into their collection next year. To bring value and creative solutions to its network of partners, Hyosung FDC spans the US, Europe and Asia surveying progressive brands and retailers, and researching consumer insights,
FDC’s textile mega-trend for FW 23/24 is called Interconnected Future. This mega-trend is broken into four sub-trends and subsequent themes. Within each theme, the FDC team recommends a number of Hyosung’s multi-functional and sustainable yarns and apparel applications-most notably the company’s new 3rd party certified creora bio-based spandex made with bio-based materials derived from industrial corn, along with its MIPAN regen ocean recycled nylon made from discarded fishing nets, the company said.
