Lakme Fashion Week is always a major highlight in the fashion calendar, showcasing incredible talent and innovative designs. With the partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India, it’s sure to bring some amazing collections and fresh talent to the forefront. The fashion week was held from October 9 to 13 at The Grand Hotel in Delhi. This edition of LFW showcased collections from over 45 designers, along with student shows and retail brand presentations from Marks & Spencer and Kalki.

Aneeth Arora unveils Whimsical “HELLO Péro” Collection
Péro, by Aneeth Arora, debuted its whimsical collection “HELLO Péro” as the opening show of Lakmé Fashion Week on October 9, 2024, celebrating its 15th anniversary alongside Hello Kitty’s 50th. The Spring Summer 2025 collection features playful motifs like cherries and cupcakes, infused with vibrant colors and inspired by Japanese Harajuku style. Known for its unique craftsmanship, Péro incorporates intricate beadwork, fabric origami, and custom textiles, creating pieces that blend Indian heritage with contemporary design. This collection embodies a mindset of effortless style, making the wearer feel at home in any global city. Ujjawal Dubey celebrates 10 years of Antar-Agni with “Two Faced” Collection

This collection, presented on Sustainable Fashion Day, showcases a dynamic interplay of structure and fluidity, minimalism and ornamentation, tradition and innovation. Divided into three segments—Render, Wander, and Surrender—the collection features structured ensembles, flowing drapes, and expressive headpieces. Ujjawal’s commitment to Indian craftsmanship shines through with hand-woven cottons and silks, rich velvets, and a color palette of charcoal, forest green, and aubergine.
