Bishnu Texport Private Limited, the New Delhi based leading functional yarn producer is all set to increase the value-added functional yarns including fine deniers of air intermingled/air covered and conventional covered (Single and Double) yarns.
The company is renowned for specialty Air Covered Yarns (10 to 200 denier) and very well respected amongst its customers – domestic as well as overseas. They have doubled their capacity last year – in spite of the pandemic and tough time worldwide. With the support of its valued customers this enhanced capacity is running full right after the installation and commissioning. “The customers delighted with our quality, service, delivery and commitments are encouraging us to add more capacity to offer specialized value-added yarns like Melange and other special yarns which helps customers to develop premium seamless garments and functional knitted/woven fabrics for their niche segments” said Mr. Mani Kant – Director of Bishnu Texport Private Limited.
With the addition of new imported machines to produce Conventional Single Covered Yarns and Double Covered Yarns last year, company has entered to cater the niche segments of functional textiles, aviation and medical sectors. The company is going to double its production capacity of Air Covered Yarns in the year 2022 and is already in discussion with SSM, Switzerland for the same.
Besides manufacturing the company is actively involved in trading in association of Asahi Kasei Co. Ltd., Japan for their products Bemberg (Cupro Fibers and Filaments) and ROICA (Spandex Yarns).
It has been a great pleasure to welcome Mr. Toshikazu Uchida, Managing Director and Mr. Saurabh Suryavanshi, Director of Teijin Frontier India Private Limited to our manufacturing facility to see our infrastructure.
