Nigeria is ready to stop outsourcing of garment making to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Senegal, Mauritania and Ivory Coast, according to Mohammed Haruna, Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), which will soon collaborate with states and small and medium scale entrepreneurs to revive collapsed ginneries, particularly those in Gusau, Funtua, Zaria and Sokoto.
