Announcing its audited results for the financial year 2022-23, Vardhman Textiles Limited, the Ludhiana-based textile conglomerate has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs. 805 cr. In a statement, the company said that it has reported a net profit of Rs. 749 cr on a standalone basis.
The top line of the company is Rs. 9,841 cr, marginally higher by 5 percent over the previous financial year while the interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin stands at 15 percent, as against 27 percent during the previous financial year. The net profit for 4th quarter of the financial year is Rs. 150 cr, which is higher by 66 percent over the previous quarter.
The top line of the company is Rs. 2,428 cr, higher by 6 percent over third quarter, and the EBITDA margin stands at 13 percent, against 10 percent for the previous quarter.
On a consolidated basis, the top line of the company has increased to Rs. 2,486 cr from Rs. 2,370 cr in Q3, an increase of 5 percent. The net profit of the company for Q4 is Rs. 160 cr, higher by 52 percent over Q3.
