ACTI and SDC International join hands to enhanceThe Association of Chemical Technologists of India (ACTI) has taken a major step toward strengthening industry–academia collaboration through a strategic meeting with the Society of Dyers & Colourists (SDC) International Limited, UK.

In a meeting held today, Mr. Shwetang Patwari, President of ACTI, met with Mr. Yogesh Gaikwad, Director of SDC International, to explore joint initiatives aimed at enhancing educational opportunities, industry engagement, and professional skill development in the textile and coloration sectors.

Later in the session, Mr. Manojbhai Mehta, Secretary of ACTI, along with Trustees Dr. Wadekar, Mr. Rajesh Shah, and Mr. Avinash Chaubal, joined the discussions to identify potential areas for collaborative projects, training programs, knowledge exchange, and outreach initiatives.

Both organizations expressed their shared vision of empowering students and professionals through innovative learning opportunities, research linkages, and sustainability-focused programs that align with the evolving needs of the global textile industry.
