During Dec’24, Indian Textile exports were about 12.76% higher as compared to Dec’23 while Apparel exports registered a growth of 12.89% during the same time period. Cumulative exports of Textiles and Apparel during Dec’24 have registered a growth of 12.82% over Dec’23.
During Apr-Dec’24, Indian Textiles exports registered a growth of 4.87% over the previous year while Apparel exports registered a growth of 11.58% during the same time. Cumulative exports of Textiles and Apparel during Apr-Dec’24 have registered a growth of 7.63% as compared to Apr-Dec’23.
The analysis of Quick estimates shows that during Jan-Dec 2024, exports of Textiles increased by 6% while exports of apparels increased by 8.4% compared to Jan-Dec 2023. Cumulative exports of T&A increased by 7% during this period.
