“This year we are celebrating our 25th anniversary. In 2001, we launched GTE, and over the past 24 years, the event provided garment manufacturers in India with the opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends. It also played a pivotal role in helping the industry enhance their manufacturing processes. This, in turn, empowered Indian apparel manufacturers to produce world-class products and compete on a global scale. The 37th edition of GTE was organised at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, and we got a good exhibitor and visitor response. I would like to thank all exhibitors for their continuous support in making this event successful, said Ambrish Chopra, Director, Garment Technology Expo Pvt. Ltd.
“We are really overwhelmed with the response in terms of increased quality visitors to the show. With every passing edition, GTE is setting a new benchmark, and we are particularly elated with the quality of visitors comprising genuine buyers. The exhibitors too claimed that they received a good response with many confirmed orders and enquiries for future business. For us, nothing matters more than creating a platform where both exhibitors and visitors benefit mutually. We are very happy that people came and joined the biggest garment technology extravaganza. We are quite upbeat about our forthcoming edition in Ahmedabad and look forward to putting up a great show there as well,” said Ricky Sahni, Jt. Managing Director, Garment Technology Expo Pvt. Ltd.
A majority of existing as well as first-time exhibitors were extremely happy with the enthusiastic response and are keenly looking forward to participating in the forthcoming editions of GTE to maximise their business opportunities.
