1. Flawless Full-Speed Stitching Over Cross Joints – A live demonstration highlighted the machine’s ability to maintain pinpoint accuracy even at maximum speeds, overcoming traditional hurdles in stitching complex cross joint materials.
2. Fortress Electric Control System – Engineered to withstand voltage fluctuations, this technology ensures uninterrupted operation in unstable power environments – a critical advancement for manufacturers in regions with inconsistent infrastructure.
3. Vigorous Ape Platform Motor – Dubbed the “heartbeat” of the A2C, this motor combines raw power with precision, enabling seamless performance across heavy-duty applications.
The new machine was unveiled in the presence of Mr Rajiv Ranjan, Mr Apurba Saha, Mr Suresh Singh, Md Irshad and Danish Khan, and a live demonstration was given. More than 150 garment manufacturers and dealers attended the event and were invited to see the live demo of the machine.
Since 2010, JACK has dominated the global industrial sewing market, earning trust from automotive, apparel, and aerospace manufacturers. The A2C’s launch reinforces its commitment to innovation, with early reviews praising its potential to reduce downtime and enhance production efficiency.
“Today isn’t just about a product launch – it’s about shaping the future of manufacturing.” “We owe our success to the partnerships and feedback that drive us to innovate relentlessly,” said a JACK spokesperson during the event.
The people who attended the event described the A2C as “champion quality”, with many noting its potential to streamline supply chains. The stitching demo was mesmerising—it’s rare to see such speed without compromising precision. The A2C, representing a significant advancement in sewing technology, was met with enthusiastic acclaim from attendees, who were impressed by its exceptional performance and innovative features.
Industry analysts predict the A2C will solidify JACK’s market dominance, particularly in emerging economies where voltage instability remains a barrier to production. JACK confirmed that the A2C will enter mass production in Q2, 2025, with pre-orders now open. The company also teased upcoming AI-driven advancements, hinting at a “smarter, interconnected factory ecosystem” in development.
