Officina39 showcases all-in and smart solutions
Officina39 took part in Bangladesh Denim Expo (May 12–13, Dhaka) and Denimsandjeans India (May 14–15, Bengaluru), two key events for the global denim industry, bringing forward its vision for a safer, cleaner, and more responsible textile future.

At the core of its presentation was ZeroPP, Officina39’s comprehensive approach to efficiently eliminating Potassium Permanganate from denim finishing. Developed to support safer and more sustainable production processes, ZeroPP reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to responsible innovation.

In particular, ZeroPP|ALL.IN stood out as a complete 3solution that strikes the perfect balance between visual effects, productivity, and cost. This upgrade allows the application of Novascraper Indigo and Smart O3 directly on raw garments, completing the process in a single machine cycle. ZeroPP | All.In further streamlines production, saving time, energy, and resources while maintaining the authentic vintage effects that define the ZeroPP philosophy.

Also on display was Smart Bright, an integrated system that enhances denim brilliance and color depth while preserving fabric integrity. By combining specialized washing agents for antibackstaining, a post-treatment with Deterpal Bluecast to prevent yellowing and greying, and Noamin AZ 2.0 for anti-yellowing protection against ozone and nitrogen oxides, Smart Bright delivers sparkling, resilient results with optimized efficiency and cost.

Alongside these core technologies, Officina39’s portfolio continues to expand with forward thinking solutions tailored to industry needs. Highlights included NylonWorn, a groundbreaking waterless finishing process that brings authentic vintage character to nylon fabrics; the Dyed-Up Range, delivering rich layered color effects; and the Colordust Collection, which evokes dusty, naturally inspired aesthetics for a fresh take on garment finishing.

Through its simultaneous presence in South Asia, Officina39 strengthened collaborations with forward-thinking partners and reaffirmed its commitment to building a more transparent, collaborative, and regenerative fashion system.
