A Two-Decade Association with Jaipur

“Jaipur has always been more than just a market for us. It has been a city that has consistently trusted our technology and supported our growth. Establishing a permanent office here is our way of strengthening that relationship,” said Manish Sharma, Director, Zenix Embroidery Machines.

Today, Zenix machines are successfully operating in more than 36 cities across India, reflecting the company’s growing customer base and industry trust.

Jaipur: A Growing Embroidery Destination

Known for its rich textile heritage, Jaipur has emerged as one of India’s leading garment manufacturing hubs. While embroidery was traditionally associated with ethnic wear, the industry has expanded significantly in recent years.

Today, embroidery is widely used across women’s fashion, men’s apparel, home décor, footwear, lingerie, accessories, children’s wear, and premium lifestyle products. This diversification has created sustained demand for advanced embroidery technology.

“We have always believed in the immense potential of Jaipur’s garment industry and have always considered Jaipur our second home,” he added.

Customer-Centric Growth

According to the company, Zenix today enjoys a strong market presence in Jaipur, with its machines being widely adopted by garment exporters and leading domestic manufacturers. The company states that it is the highest-selling embroidery machine brand in Jaipur, with more than 50% market share.

What differentiates Zenix is its commitment to customer success beyond machine installation. The company focuses on helping customers maximise productivity, minimise downtime, and improve profitability through continuous technical support and business assistance.
