Aleph, a leading Italian manufacturer of sublimation and direct-to-fabric inkjet printers for the textile and visual communication industries, will demonstrate its advanced digital printing technologies that can enable print service providers to succeed in expanding their outdoor and indoor application capabilities, at Fespa Global Print Expo 2020. Under the spotlight on Aleph’s booth (hall 3, stand B90) will be one of the top models of company’s Laforte series, together with its proprietary cutting-edge inks designed for printing on blue-back and white-back paper.

At Fespa 2020, Aleph will exhibit a complete production line, featuring a Laforte 200 paper printing system – equipped with an integrated paper feeding system, svolgitore paper (Laforte unwinder paper) that supports jumbo reels up to 1,000-meters roll length, a proprietary drying system and a cutting system from Italian company, Fotoba.
Aleph’s Laforte 200 paper is an industrial dye-sublimation inkjet printer featuring a compact design and a patented rotary belt. The printer has been designed to address mid to high print volume production (up to 490 sqm/h with 1900 mm print width in one pass). The Laforte 200 paper model showcased in Madrid will be equipped with 8 dual-module printheads (dual channel, two colours per head). Using Aleph’s cutting-edge pigment inks, the printer will run live during the show offering demonstrations of printing onto blue-back and white-back paper.
Building on the company’s focus on environmental sustainability, Aleph will also highlight its advanced water-based pigment inks at FESPA 2020. Developed in partnership with a specialist ink producer, these next-generation inks are designed to address the requirements of printing on blue-back and white-back paper, offering outstanding print quality and colour vibrancy. Aleph’s pigment inks contain an innovative binder that has been developed with nano technology, to ensure superior fastness and durability, while featuring at the same time high pigment concentration, allowing a reduced use of ink to reach outstanding prints with no colour bleeding.
