Marking a striking departure from her usual aesthetic while staying true to the ethos of her eponymous label, the collection is eclectic yet timeless, transcending occasions and seasons with luxe wardrobe essentials and a penchant for all things GOLD.
At the heart of AFTERS lies the exclusive GOLD Stripe Banarasi, a modern reinterpretation of the vintage weave, handwoven especially for this collection. Defined by its sculptural ease, the line introduces trench jackets, pre-draped saris, pleated peplum shirts, and drape skirts — exciting new additions to the NKVIBE that seamlessly marry prints and embroideries in bold tones of Black, Ivory, Wine, and Emerald.
Textures and prints in AFTERS draw inspiration from nature, expressed through macro interpretations of flora and fauna. Surface techniques push boundaries with intricate glass beadwork, intense sequin layering, and gold-studded 3D embroideries that showcase eccentric craftsmanship. An extra dose of fringes — crafted from sequins, beads, and studded fabric strips — adds a playful, whimsical spirit, making AFTERS a fearless celebration of modern craft.
