Yuemei is one of the best brands having state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, producing 90 per cent of machine body and spare parts in-house. Hence, they have very good control over quality, and are known all over the world for the same. With this tie-up with Om Satya, I am sure we will be able touch new heights in trade, alongwith improving our sales and service network,” said Subhash Dawar, Chairman, Alliance Embroidery Pvt. Ltd.
Established in 2001, Alliance Embroidery Pvt. Ltd. has gained immense expertise in supplying & trading of Embroidery machines, double sequin machines embroidery machines, double sequin machines. etc. The company is located in Surat, Gujarat and is one of the leading sellers of listed products.
For last so many years Om Satya was representing another major embroidery machine brand. So, when asked about reason behind getting associated to a different brand Rajesh said, “We always aim to maintain technological leadership through continuous efforts to update product technology and manufacturing methods. I have been selling Lejia machines for last 12 years. We have sold maximum number of their machines and didn’t have any dispute in this period. But due to our motive of serving better quality, we have gone for Yuemei. Response is encouraging as now we are doing four times booking of Yuemei machines than what we were doing earlier. Last month we booked more than 200 sets and have already paid advance of 122 machines.”
“People were really happy to know about our tie-up. As now they can pay advance and are assured of on time delivery due to Om Satya’s past record. Hence, we don’t keep stocks as we are already short of delivery and are receiving orders more than production. However, major plus point for us is that at present markets like Pakistan, China, Bangladesh are down, so whatever booking will be there it will delivered on time. But we will be keeping Yuemei’s original spare parts at our warehouse. We will educate customer that if they use cheap spare parts it can badly impact the machines, and encourage them to go for only originals,” added Rajesh. After formation of this company, everything in embroidery whether designs, machine, devices, attachments, spare parts is getting manufactured by Yuemei at its factory in China and then supplied to India.
