Promaker is a professional company, focused on the development and manufacturing of multi-head embroidery machines for a vast range of embroidery applications, offering high performance and high speed machines that beat any machine in the market today.
The modern factory is fully equipped with a variety of advanced equipment, enabling large-scale production of embroidery machines in-house, without having to sacrifice quality or reliability and producing 5,000 machines per year. The machines are manufactured with a full-scale production process, including machine structure welding process, advanced shot blasting process, high-quality surface spraying, precision machining and high standard installation and debugging processes, ensuring that our customers receive absolutely best embroidery equipment at reasonable prices.
Promaker is an integrated company and its core management team comprises senior researchers with more than 20 years of experience in the embroidery machines industry, with a total of more than 30 subordinate R & D technical teams. R&D Center has a sound technology research and development system with eight functional modules (product development) product design, deformation design, industrial control, manufacturing process, applied research, testing experiment, sewing basic research and embroidery technology research. The team uses advanced management tools and methods such as PLM, APQP, FMEA and achieve effective control of the entire lifecycle from product design and development to market applications.
Promaker has a complete production line that includes multi-dimensional rack welding process, the most advanced shot blasting process in the industry, highquality surface spraying process, precision body pentahedron processing technology, parts finish machining process and high-standard machine installation and debugging process. The total investment is 200 million RMB. Their modern factory is spread in 79221 Square metershaving a team of 410 talented individuals, allowing the company to focus on customers needs by offering top of the line equipment and services.
High precision is achieved by well experienced R&D team under the guidance of our Chairman, Chen Tianlong, an engineer himself having more than 27 years of experience. He is duly supported by General Manager, Fang Diyong who is also an engineer with experience of more than 20 years.The company has a goal of becoming one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial embroidery machines having customers around the globe like India, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam and a number of Middle Eastern countries.
Manufacturing Facilities
In-house production of key precision components
Most of the manufactures are purchasing key machine components from various international locations, making it difficult to control machine quality and raw material quality, which in turn leads to difficulties in maintaining the quality and consistency. Unlike other factories, Promaker produces nearly allkey precision components here in-house in a machining workshop spanning 4500 sq. mtr. This facility is equipped with 85 sets of high precision vertical and horizontal machining centers, 20 sets of lathers, grinders, millers, CNC bending machines and CNC punching machines.
Machine Body Workshop
A durable and reliable machine body and structure ensure stable and long life of an embroidering machine. The company believes the best machine structure cannot be obtained unless made with an exceptional design, high quality raw materials and advanced materials. That is why they spent 10 million CNY to introduce an advanced shot blasting and descaling line into our production factory, ensuring the machine body is processed using a 16 high powered shot blasting head to ensure the smooth and bright surface. The machines are then coated with a highly corrosion resistant, solid and low adhesive primer, which is also excellent preparation for later surface coating. A gantry machining center also ensures machine body precision.
Painting Workshop
Promaker invested 10 million CNY on an advanced painting workshop. It is here that the water revolving spray painting and absorption-desorption combustion equipment result in an environmentally friendly performance, high quality primer and an excellent surface coating spraying effect is achieved.
Assembly Workshop
Promaker’s assembly workshop has advanced management and assembly facility, using a PDCA (plan, do, check, act) method for quality control. With such an extensive space, more than 250 embroidery machine sets are simultaneously assembled, while the workshop is also equipped with a customized profile processing line, customized table processing line and lineside warehouse to ensure material supply. As the last step before product delivery, our assembly workshop guarantees a high product quality delivery to every customer, no matter where they are in the world.
Quality
Our reputation for high quality products has secured our place in the market. Our quality center features an advanced and strict quality control and assurance department, ensuring we accommodate the most recent advancements in the industry while ensuring reliability and quality. To do so, we have established a full quality control system that encompasses everything from raw material acquisition to final product delivery. Moreover, we are ISO9001 certified.
Our quality center collects both internal and external feedback from customers and then work on improvements. Every Promaker embroidery machine features a complete information database where all problems and data from the manufacturing process are located and are accessible to the customer.
Indian Customer Factory Visit
Recently during CISMA exhibition in Shanghai, Promaker along with their agent Unix Stitchmachines Pvt. Ltd. invited Indian customers to visit the manufacturing facilities in Zhuji, China. More than 35 customers from different parts of India visited the exhibition followed by a factory visit. After the factory visit, Promaker also organized industry tour for the customer to see some embroidery factories where their machines are working.
The delegates learned and appreciated the working of embroidery factories in China. They were surprised to see the 140-meter long machine working with one operator and the productivity of the machines. I am sure they had taken lot of inputs from these factories visit, which will help them to implement the same in their factory.
Chen Tianlong, Chairman of the company also had discussion with customers to understand their requirements and take their feedback for the future developments or improvements. He was very happy with the feedback received from the customers.
He further added “Our in-house made high quality parts & assembly system makes sure that there is minimum repair maintenance thus increasing production by minimizing downtime.
