The event was held on 26th February 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, where Union Minister for Textiles, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal and Darshana Jardosh, the Union Minister of State for Textiles and Railways presented the awards to the deserving winners. In his address, Piyush Goyal emphasized the crucial role of sustainability in the textile industry and commended the efforts of organizations and individuals for their exemplary contributions. He stated, that CITI holds a distinctive position, and its leadership has consistently provided unwavering support to the Ministry of Textile.
